Decided to start a random dairy, hopefully I can keep it up everyday.
I started my diet a month ago
I lost few pounds, but found that my fat has increased.
I think lack of exercise is one of the reason causing this.
I really feel there is a need to start my work out plan again.
But I always have OT recently, and got home at around 8, 9pm everyday.
After I got home, I ate my dinner, and it was already 10.
Plus, I am kinda of a lazy person.
Sometime, I really don’t have any motivation to go to the gym after a long day.
However, I believe exercise is the key to lose fat. So I gotta find a way to lift up my motivation and most importantly, to keep it up.
I have to fix my life my laziness.
In fact, I have a lot of things that wanted to do and achieve.
Let’s see what I wanted to do
-Draw a birthday card for my friend, her birthday is next week, so I really have to get it done this week in order have it posted to her on time. Draft is ready, but I haven’t started painting it.
-Learn to fly. Wish I know how to drive a plane. Need to check out the time, place, fee, location, etc.
-Learn different languages. Kinda interested in french and spanish. Need to check out the courses available.
-Plan my gym.
-put lotion on my feet everyday before sleep
-put on mask at least 2 - 3 times a week
But easier said than done.
I wonder how to overcome my laziness and get everything into action.
Hope start writing can be my first step.
